I'm sure somewhere in the Catholic catechism it explains how a word here or there misspelled requires some sort of penance to retain salvation. Rather than speculating, you could actually read it.
When you know what Catholics actually believe, your arguments might carry more weight with Catholics. Otherwise, you're just preaching to the choir.

Did that. Catholics didn't like what I found in there. Like Catholics and Muslims serving the same god, Catholics incorporate paganism etc.
