I rather doubt that most members of the (Tridentine only while conceding the validity of the Novus Ordo reverently celebrated) Oratory that I attend are terribly familiar with an Auxiliary Bishop in Kazakhstan of all places.
I mean, REALLY? Without accessing the internet or other sources, just off the top of your head, who is the titular bishop of Hippo? Who is each Auxiliary Bishop of Hong Kong? Who is each of the Auxiliary Bishops of Hartford (even closer to Pennsylvania than Kazakhstan)?
