Catholic “convert”. Doesn’t mention a thing about Christ...
Eternal life is found only in Him, regardless of denomination. Let’s hope he came to Christ.
Are you not aware that Christ founded the Catholic Church? On the Apostles??
Talking about conversion IS talking about Christ!
DITTO that loud and clear. Corruption of Catholic denomination is so obvious. Religion is corporate. Faith is individual.Count me in as ONE with Him.
This article was not written by Sinise. The few direct quotes by him appeared to have been taken from his talk to the Knights of Columbus. It’s likely she did not interview him.
The author’s story was about the process of him becoming a Catholic. She is the one who did not “mention a thing about Christ.”
Your criticism of Sinise is lame at best and is merely one of your continuing potshots at Catholicism.
Those who enter His Church generally do:
'When I think about the life and sufferings of Christ, when I think about the stories of the extreme hardships and heavy burdens that our military men and women and their families were willing to, and continue to bear, I cant help but think about this verse: For greater love hath no man than this, that he lay down his life for his friends, Sinise, 59, told the gathering.' - http://www.catholicsun.org/2014/08/11/actor-describes-faith-journey-commitment-to-serving-nations-veterans/
An adult who joins the Catholic Church makes a public profession of faith (based on the Apostles Creed) before the whole congregation. Are you trying to say that your profession of faith was sincere and Mr. Sinise’s was not? Upon what grounds do you base that?
Read his speech.
