They’re converting anyway. Also, sinners and heretics do not have to be Evangelicals. Plenty of them are baptized Catholics who have never formally left the Church. There are plenty of Catholics in Europe, America and South America who have returned to a practice of the faith because of Pope Francis.
Well, then, they're not being converted then, are they?
They may be being reconciled, but if they're already Catholics, they aren't being converted.
