Some are good at preaching, some at listening, some at ministering, some at meditation. We should not expect the pastor to be a superman and have all of these qualities in one person.

This is true. I stated what usually occurs to a strong degree, as the hearers of the word tend to look for its interpretation by how the preachers of it manifest it in their lives and actions - which is what constitutes what one really believes, not necessarily profession. (Ja. 2:18)
