Seems to me that closing on Sunday has worked very well for Chick-Fil-A. I don't see how much more profit a business will make by being open on Sunday. By the time the owner pays wages, utilities and so on, I'd say much of the profit would be eaten up.

I grew up in the era of Blue Laws on Pennsylvania. I don't recall there being any hardship by not having businesses open on Sunday.

By the way, it would be nice if businesses would close on holidays too. Being open on Christmas, for example, is outrageous.

Christmaa is no more a holy day than July 4 on our Heavenly Father’s calendar.

Our heavenly Father’s calendar with His new moons, Sabbaths and feasts all point to His only begotten Son..

And christmas/december 25 is not on that calendar. Neither is easter...

But the world has accepted the pope gregory calendar and its sabbaths and holy days as worthy substitutes for Scripture and His appointed/set times..

Only one calendar points to the major events of our Messiah’s life..
And it isn’t the one the world uses-and that isn’t an accident...
