Read any of the Scriptures about the Last Supper.

Jesus’ institution of the Eucharist, as the sacramental expression of the Paschal Mystery. (Luke 24:13-35 and parallels, 1 Corinthians 11:24-25)

Regarding the second passage:

1 Cor 11:24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.”
25 In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.”
26 For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.

We are both in agreement that Christians should take the Lord's supper, but it is not for salvation, rather, it is to remember Jesus' sacrifice, and to proclaim his death until he comes. Period.

If he instituted any 'sacrament', then he added to Torah, and cannot be the sinless Messiah.
