A long rap sheet. Violent. Never should’ve been let out on a plea bargain.
Why is it these judges cannot recognize a threat to the community and keep them incarcerated.

Phoenix PD still holds on to the old ways, that the killing of a priest is a priority case. Even more, I suspect that the killer will have to be kept in isolation from the other prisoners, or he will be dead meat.
