I believe that the photo is of the infamous Episcopalian "bishop" Vicki Gene Robinson of New Hampshire, now retired, who purported to turn in his long-married actually female wife (and mother of his children) at the church where they had married in order to "marry" his new male "wife" after Vicki Gene hallucinated that he had suddenly "discovered" his true identity.
