This Entire Chapter From Isaiah is a Beautiful Song Of Praise. Isaiah compares Salvation to Water from a bottomless Well that springs forth living water. A very Popular Israeli song (Mayim, Mayim, Mayim) is a direct quote from this Scripture. Israelis sing it when it rains, and dance in the streets, splashing through the puddles and rejoicing in the gift of rain.
