I dont see Him on the throne in Jerusalemdo you?
Mathew 24
26Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
He did not come bodily because the vultures would be waiting for him.
John 3
3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Luke 17:20-21
20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
John 14
14 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
John 6
40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
Jesus came to Jerusalem and was crucified as king of the Jews, is how the Romans put it, he will come again at the last day and gather together his elect which is his kingdom.
We are his kingdom on earth.
He never reigned the first time He came—but He will the next.
There has to be a 1,000 year reign, a physical reign. He says so many times in Revelation 20.
I’m not about to confuse this age of evil with the next age of bliss.
