you signed the contract, you cant change your mind about it. Fundamentally, the purpose of government is to enforce contract law. If people start throwing contracts out the window, and if judges shrug and say, "That's OK" then you don't really have government in any real sense.

You mean like the Obama Administration did when they negated the rights of GM and Chrysler's bond, debt and stockholders during the "auto industry bailouts?"
We ALREADY don't have Government in any real sense, what we have has been lawless tyranny since January 2009.
