A group of Georgetown University students plans to attend Planned Parenthoods rally at the U.S. Supreme Court as the Hobby Lobby case over the HHS contraceptive mandate is heard, according to the Georgetown Voice.
The rally is just one activity of the seventh annual Choice Week by H*yas for Choice. The theme this year is My Choice, My Voice. Other events include Queer Voices, Queer Choices, which reportedly includes a panel consisting of representatives from NARAL, the Religious Coalition for Choice, and the Great American Condom Campaign.
While H*yas for Choice is not officially recognized by the Jesuit university, it is partnering with recognized student organizations on campus such as GUPride to host events on campus.
HFC co-sponsoring with religious organizations is a way for many of our members to reconcile their identity as a religious individual and as pro-choice, Abby Grace, Vice-President of H*yas for Choice reportedly said. We really want Choice Week to be an event for the Georgetown community at large. We recognize that there are many Catholic, pro-choice students at Georgetown, and we think that this event is a great way to bridge the divide between Georgetown as a religious institution and healthy dissent.

No choice for Hobby Lobby...
These ungodly universities are Satan’s playground. They ought not bring dishonor to Jesus by calling themselves Catholic or any other religion.
I’m willing to bet that the University would not allow a pro-life week. That would be “divisive”.
So we have child sacrifice and homosexual promotion -
when are they going to advocate for cannibalism?
The fastest way to shut these fools up is to walk up to them and ask them for $20 so you can buy a box of condoms. When they don’t then ask if it is ok for me to stick a gun in their face and take the $20. I use this tactic and they have choice but to realize it is real money now. They don’t ever admit it is not fair because they usually say something to the effect that it is government money.
Choice? You made your choice and now seek to shirk the consequences. GROW UP.
