It's not the same as a Church putting up a Christmas message on their own billboard on Church property. I agree were that the case...but then, we're speaking of billboards such as these:

I've never seen a sign like that and I live in
California. Not only are they lame, I seriously doubt they convert one single person. Are these in the Bible belt?
