MAY MY HEART NOW ENCLOSE YOUR HEART
Come dwell in my humble heart, my Love
Tonight may I enclose yours in mine
So that our repose turns humanly divine
I long to be your romantic lover to hear each your heart beat
Which my echoing heart chambers readily repeat
My Beloved, this day has spent without you, it seems
For my soul walks and walks along a mindless stream
Which begins from unknown source and flows, aimless
While my whole being has longed to feel yours
But your presence has fleeted, or just my spirit lost
For it has no place called home, even our home should be where you are
For so long this has been the eternal truth, which we have held dear
Why does it suddenly lose all meaning and comprehension?
Why can my heart comprehend what my head could with all clear notion?
My love, oh my love, I have lost all my feeling, numb
Enkindle my heart, so my blood of endearment will flow to flood
All your heart chambers which as being divine has magnified to touch
Deeply a lowly creature so that all shall witness the greatest prodigy
Of a God who loves His insignificant creation so tenderly
that He has reduce himself to merely a tiny human flesh to immerse in soul
In order for him to reside in her inner depth to caress
To love without hinder or severing fear of indifferent neglect
And for soul to love like the shadow enclosing on the most brilliant Light
Glowing warmly, heart in heart.

(Poet note: My longing tonight to receive Him in the Holy Eucharist.)
I have been away for a while, a gift for you. Hope you enjoy it.
Beautiful sentiment. Thank you.
Touching, as always. Thanks for sharing.
Welcome back!
