Yes, Jesus used “sarx” in John 6 exactly to emphasize that he was talking about flesh=meat. Just like we would talk about a lamb chop.
He did not want anyone to think he was talking metaphorically.
We must eat his flesh.
So; all logic MUST conclude the the women, going to the tomb, early Easter morn, were hungry for a snack.
