Would you show us who uses a wedding asking for a blessing on the ring please. I’ve never seen it. Be specific since I would like to do some research on that.
I suppose some of the Protestant churches bless the rings at a wedding.
Honestly, it never occured to me that someone would hold a wedding and put rings on and not ask God to bless the rings.
I guess i am hopelessly sacramental and non-Gnostic.
