The pervasive reptilian-humanoid look must be due to regular face peels that remove and/or smooth out the scales. The eyes give it away, though. Not one photo of her looks to be of a real human.

As for the ruler of the world, not alien. Aliens aren’t fallen (C.S. Lewis Space Trilogy) and would never come here, the place where Satan has been cast. (I think he’s chained in the core somewhere).

I think not. He is here, he is alive, and tested Jesus (Mt. 4:4+, Lk. 4:4+). He blinds the minds of worldlings (2 Cor. 4:4+) and answers the unbeliever's prayers, when The God does not (Ps. 66:18).

Satan roams this world (Job 1:7+). He just cannot be every place at once, as The God is; but he has demons who do his bidding (Mt. 4:24;8:28,31,33;12:38; Mk. 5:12; and lots more).

Humans born of The Spirit cannot drink of the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils (1 Cor. 10:20-21).

Think on this for a while. Read Rev. 16:13-14 in context.

The major point is that Satan, that Old Liar, the Devil, has not yet been incarcerated on the sides of the Pit. He is here, on the earth, commanding his kingdom, his demons, and his enslaved children who occupy prestigious roles throughout the earth. Are you not aware of this?
