Why don't you explain to us all how saying born "from above" and born "again" in the context of Jesus' sermon to Nicodemus is that big of a difference? It is really quite simple. One is true the other is false. It is the same difference between saying 2+2=4 or 2+2=5. Once is correct and one is incorrect.
Words mean things and the meaning is that much more important when God says them. Don't you think that we should really make every attempt to understand the words of God as completely and perfectly as possible?

So tell us again what is the difference between born "again" and born "from above"? Other than the silly "because I said so" reply. Isn't it OBVIOUS that Jesus was speaking of a supernatural thing since even Nicodemus reasoned that a man could not go back into his mother's womb and be reborn? I think this is all just a tempest in a teapot. Nobody is disagreeing here that a NEW BIRTH happens through faith in Jesus Christ. Being born again IS being born from above!
