And judging by the Gospels of Matthew that have been found in the original Hebrew, there are many areas of serious difference.

No question of interpretation -- Christ's words are clear:

Now if you interpret it differently from Christ, well then, ok, your choice, I prefer to trust in His words, and they don't mean what you have been taught they mean. That's where we differ
