I agree. The vast majority of time we are on the same side, I get peeved when they start the “We are the one true Church” crap.

Went to an all girl Catholic High School. I was bold and when they started the one true Church, I stood up for other faiths and Jews. I was actually sent to detrention for my arrogance.

A protestant at the prom....don't even think about it.

But I believe in the goodness of the church "in general" and the binding that it does do. If the Pope can be part of that force....I'm in. The intentions are right.

I know how you feel. I get the same way with some conservatives who seem to feel I can’t be conservative if I am not Christians.

there can omly be one true curch.....not 20,000 denominations....just one, and it must be Biblical and must date, without interruption, from Jesus to the present.....only the Catholic church fills that requirement.
