A friend of mine is very Jewish. Grew up in a Jewish family, attended Jewish School, married Jewish, children attending a Jewish School. She is pretty famous, written several books, been on Opra as well as many other shows...
She had a NDE (near death experience) and met Jesus. She shared her experience with me as she knows that I am Christian, but has never told her husband or anyone else. She said that she has no doubt about Jesus, but is not ready to cause all the trouble in her family.

But that the above story is exactly what I have heard.
One of the team does this for a full time profession; the rest have just gone on short term trips.
The person who is full time, has told almost the exact same story. Someone (I will say the Holy Spirit) has spoken to to people that our team then later encounters.
