That's a non-sequitur. The church is there to lead you to salvation, not to police the rules. I agree with your frustration and share it, but there is but one Holy Church.

• "Because some of them are deficient, I must be totally delinquent."
• "Because Judas betrayed Him and Peter denied Him, I must abandon the Apostles."
• "Because there are too many who are unfaithful to the Church, I'm leaving the Church."
