Not based on their underwear at all; but on the fact that they are REALLY nice!
:-) When I lived in the mountains of Santa Cruz County.....way out in nowhere, there was a family that was so nice.
We had a power outage for 13 days, they organized block BBQs, so we could cook together, freezers were losing food, no idea when power would be back on, helped people get water from town (20 miles each way) riding their hogs, these people were some of the best neighbors anyone could have.
Then one day, black SUVs, police vans, helicopters, screaming through our neighborhood........turns out they were running guns into Mexico for the drug cartels.

Sure changed my mind on what a nice neighbor actually was, if they had only been wearing special underwear.
