Temple rituals? Secret underwear? The level of control? what you eat, how you dress, what you read, not thinking for yourself, long hours of monotone repetitive lectures (conference)? All of those are freaky rituals and cult like activities.
I can give you many more examples. BTW, they are only nice to ‘gentiles’ (all non-Mormons even Jews) in hopes you might convert - you should hear how they talk about you to each other!
Is it as bad as you talk about them???

When my children were young we lived in another state...
Right next to the Christian church we attended was a Mormon religious building...
The Mormon kids would line the fence and yell abuse at us as we walked in from the parking lot...
The would yell that we were going to Hell because we were not Mormons...and that we werent saved etc
My TWO YEAR OLD little girl would scream in fright from the jears and ugly comments...
and the Mormon adults standing closer to the building would cat call and encourage the Mormon children to keep up the harrassment...and suggest other things to say...and giggle loudly like hyhenas
Our Christian poastor finally went over to talk to the Mormon bishop...or whomever..
The Mormon bishop spewed a stream of FOUR LETTER WORDS at him so he left...
We had to put up with that ugliness from our “nice neighbors”
We were instructed not to answer back or defend ourselves although no Christian our side of the fence had up to that point.,.
Shortly after that our church began buying up all the old buildings and land all around the Mormon religious buildings and apparantly they didnt have the money to compete !!!
The Mormons got pretty isolated in their nastiness and hatred...
