Baptizing a baby does nothing more than get the poor little rascal wet, and uncomfortable...It's a minor issue in the sense that it does absolutely nothing spiritually...

What makes it a major issue is that it puts the parents under bondage to your religion...

Poor little bugger is gonna go to hell if he dies before the Catholic church can baptize him...
