A great conservative. I hope Prison Ministries continues, RIP brother.
Rest in Peace.
RIP. I held Mr. Colson in the highest esteem.
Chuck is no longer in this worldly prison, but in the freedom and joy of Heaven and his maker.
Hallelujah
Chuch Colson works showed his faith in Christ Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
Psalm 126:6:
6He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
It is with profound loss that I heard of Colson’s entrance into Glory. I met the man many years ago at a NAE conference. The humility, grace, and love of this great Christian thinker will be sorely missed. Into the ages with C.S. Lewis, Francis Schaefer, and someday soon Billy Graham.
I met Chuck Colson at a CBMC breakfast in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio...I think it was 1976 or 77...impressive man who was tireless in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ...a man much to be admired and a man devoted to his Lord.
i read a couple of his books and they were really good in the points he was making,: loving God, the Body, dance with deception
