As for Bishop Kicanis of Tucson, his comments only reference the local March for Life, and in no way mention the HHS ruling. NO statement regarding the ruling appears anywhere on the diocesan website. I would question whether he should be included on the list. We are very fortunate and blessed that the bishops chose Cardinal-designate Dolan rather than Kicanis as their leader last year.
