Trust that your presence and those of others who have so beautifully and passionately defended the Faith on this thread are not in vain.
I’ve been a long time lurker. Since I was around 18 years old. I’m 32 now. I’m also a cradle Catholic. I’ve been following this particular thread for a couple of days now and I decided to register this evening in order to express my appreciation to you and my Catholic bretheren for your dedication in bringing the Truth to FR. I’ve been deeply moved and inspired by all of you.
I can only speak for myself but I feel certain there are other lurkers who appreciate those who staunchly defend the Faith. As such, I also felt I could no longer stay in the shadows while blasphemies against the Real Presence, and the Holy Mother are espoused while I remained silent.
I’m not as well-versed as some, so my primary purpose for registering will be to learn from others more learned than myself but to also witness to the Truth that is the One, Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.
PS: RZMAN I found your discussion upthread (don’t remember the post #) about the mysteries and wonders of God and not requiring certitude very uplifting. As a Latin I look forwarding to reading more of your posts. I’m especially interested in learning about the different modes of thought, i.e., scholasticism and Eastern Rite / Eastern Orthodox mysticism.
