God gave man a free will. It was a risk He took.
Of course HE know the evil and suffering that would result from what was going to transpire, but He did it anyway. He had a reason and He provided a way out for anyone who wishes to accept it and be free. It's available to all and easy to do. No one can blame God for what happens to them because EVERYONE has the solution available to them. If they don't appropriate it, it's THEIR responsibility, not His.
