I’m married to one of them. She saw the light though. It was a social thing for my mother.

Now she’s a proud Jesus/Theist. Sort of like me. No organized religion, no bible thumping, no testimony bearing, no scripture quoting. And we’ll decide who to give money to.

We have evolved to another level of understanding in which all charity choices are ours. Believe me life is great once you shed the guilt and pressure of organized religion. No offense intended here.

Reprise - right on target - “we’ll decide who to give money to”

Read about Father Baker - Our Lady of Victory in Buffalo.

He persuaded the blue collar Buffalonians to give 10 cents per week . - voluntarily - and he turned those suckers (the ladies of the night/ the young cads, etc. around.

No government money attached -
