"Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the FAITH OF CHRIST, even we have believed IN Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith OF CHRIST, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified." Gal. 2:16.

"I am crucified with Christ; nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith OF THE SON OF GOD, who loved me, and gave Himself for me." Gal. 2:20.

We have eternal life through Jesus Christ because, by HIS FAITH in God to raise Him from the dead, He was willing to die for our sins. If I believe in Him and what He has done for me (He died for my sins, was buried, and rose again) I stand justified before God (having no sin because Jesus took my sin, and I am justified because of the faith OF CHRIST.

AMEN! We rest upon the promises of God for His word is true. God is not man that He should lie, or a son of man that He should repent. Has He not said and will He not do it. No greater gift, besides His Son, was ever given to us then His word and promises.
