Some of the principles I see put into practice in my faith are charity, mercy, chastity, faith in Christ, prayer, family unity, sacrifice, gentleness, kindness, patience, patriotism, service.

And I am not saying that these qualities are unique to Mormons — but these are things we teach and that I see being practiced. To say there is nothing good in Mormonism is absurd.

Well said! Christ knows who loves Him and who does not.

You've not said ANYTHING 'unique' to MORMONism!

Why?

With the exception of prayer and faith in Christ (which doesn’t apply to the LDS because it is a false Christ) all of those are things that Atheists exhibit as well.

But the motivation is key. For the LDS it is all about making ‘the church’ look good, or earning godhood for themselves, not about showing Christ (outside of any church) to the world.

Lets discuss a few things that the LDS claim are ‘good’ about it.

Welfare program - Nope. The church welfare program isn’t charity at all. First you must be ‘worthy’. Then you must work for it, and you must pay tithing on the value of the help. The Biblical examples of charity show none of that.

Haiti (and other outside ‘charity’) - The LDS go around with shirts bragging about what they do, they use these tragedies as PR. Ejonesie22 posted pictures of the LDS ward in Haiti. Did they open up their interior building for shelter? No. They allowed shanties in PART and only part of their parking lot. Did they have food? No, the people had to go elsewhere for food.

Missionary work - the missionaries pay out of their own money to go on a full-time mission. No other full time missions do that.

As rich as the Mormon church is, they would rather build a 3 BILLION DOLLAR MALL than put that 3 Billion to good use.

Patriotism??? - Have you forgotten the temple oath they had against the US? Or the other anti-American things your prophets said?

I can go on but when the motives are not pure, when Christ is not present, then there is NO good from anything that appears to be a ‘good work’.

There is NO good in the LDS church at all. It is a bastion of evil and greed.
