It needs to be pondered in the heart what it means to be the Mother of God. (Commentary on the Magnificat, 1521; in Luther's Works

Why? I disagree with Luther on this...it is enough to recognize Mary as the Mother of Jesus....she is not central..He is... Furthermore, though Jesus is indeed God..I do not see mary as the mother of God....who needs no mother...He is God.

".. Furthermore, though Jesus is indeed God..I do not see Mary as the Mother of God....who needs no mother...He is God.''

Jesus is God, Mary is Jesus' Mother.

Yet you say...God has no mother?

Either you are denying the Deity of Jesus or you never took a logic course.

Just because you feel like God shouldn't have a mother because you don't really like the idea, doesn't mean you should spout off thoughts that defy logic.

Feelings and emotions cannot be allowed to rule your though process.
