May I ask you to pray for my nephews 6 1/2 year old son? He was on a camping trip with family, and they were toasting marshmellows and the little guy swung the red hot wire hanger they were using for the toasting right into his precious eye, by accident of course! He is in surgery right now.His parents are Christians and attend Church with their beloved family. He is the sweetest little boy. Kind and very well mannered. He is adored by all. Thank you so much for your prayers and may Our Lord bless richly you. Please feel free to put this on your church or Prayer Group Prayer List.Thank you again.
Prayers for his successful treatment.
Prayers sent that your nephew’s eye will be saved. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Prayers up for the little one.
Hope he’s ok.

Thank you and you are welcome!
Prayers from here for the little guy, and that his eye be fully healed. Prayers, too, for family and friends, who must be so worried.
A prayer for this young man.
It really works.
On the train this evening, heading for Target Field, I prayed that the Twins might actually win a game.
They did.
It really works.
It could have been one of those store bought wire marshmallow roasters, and the poster just called it a red hot wire hanger. The old fashion stick is no better, after I got my fish hook stuck in my sister’s Grover stuffed animal, she jabbed me with a stick, she claims she didn’t realize it was her marshmallow stick that she had sharpened to a point. I still have the scar to prove it and that was 1984.
Prayers for the little one.
Certainly!
Prayers for your young nephew and for your family. Ours is a loving lord who watches his younger children closely.
Prayers for the boy. And prayers that you could see its more important to console the inured than to get the blame handed out correctly.
Prayers up for this little guy.
Please let us know how he’s doing when you can.
>>red hot wire hanger?
Accident it was, but an accident just waiting to happen.<<
We certainly don’t want to get to ya-ya’ing on this thread but that is sort of not fair. I roasted marshmallows on hangars hot from the fire from as far back as I can remember — that’s how you make S’Mores.
This is just a sad accident that happens to kids. You can’t wrap them in bubble wrap.
I don’t care what denomination or not that his parents are. Praying they can save his eye.
Every breath is a miracle.
thank you for your prayers! His parents are so careful with
their gifts from God
How awful - prayers up for this little boy!
Prayers up for your nephew! God give him in strength and recovery...
Please let us know tomorrow. God’s Will will be done, but we are all praying for minimal damage and the amazing resiliency God put into all of us as children.
I suspect you need some sleep and rest now.
Rest well, in the Lord’s embrace, knowing there are many out here who care and prayers of support are winging their way upward to God’s ears and heart.
Prayers sent!
