A lot more has been unearthed about Joseph Smith and the Mormon church since I looked into it in the late ‘80s. I’ve been reading online from some of the links provided in this and other threads. It’s very interesting stuff.
I have no intention of bashing anyone for their beliefs, but feel free to question them, pointing out the differences between the LDS faith and Christianity. In doing so, I in turn expect an open dialog, freely given. Since what I’ve read is mainly based on LDS provided sources, I would expect adherents to that faith to ‘fess up’. Thus far, I’m not greatly impressed with their willingness.
