Point out the untrue part of that statement and I'll reconsider whether it's "abuse" or not.

What you “think” is abusive doesn’t quite match up with the facts.

As for “attacking someone else’s religion”, do you realize that mormons taught from the beginning that all religions outside of mormonism were the WHORES of Babylon? Churches of the devil? That in their early temple ceremonies, the tool of satan was a Presbyterian minister?

And it's the posters around here who tend to trot out the judgmental descriptive term "obsessive" who seemingly have trouble applying it to the one religion (note I said Religion) more obsessed about the dead than any other.

IOW, if people are going to promote themselves as the Grand Arbiters of Finger-Pointing Perceived Obsessives on a MormonISM thread, you'd think they might actually look at the ISM that is obsessed to the nth degree with dead spirits!

Pathological hatred unrestrained tends to be abusive. And that it's pathological you can tell from the 5000 word canned posts that pop up two minutes after the last one. I know I can't research and type that fast !
