I don't know how many times here on FR some people have to read the following before they actually internalize and remember it: the Mass is not another sacrifice of Christ for the forgiveness of sins but is a connection in a real, not merely symbolic, way from any point in time with that single sacrifice Christ made at one point in time to be efficacious for the forgiveness of sin at all points in time. That's why he's the Lamb slain from the foundations of the earth. This concept is entirely consistent with the passage from Hebrews.
