An alarming trend is developing in the Free Republic Religion Forum in which a caucus identifier is being claimed for non-existent or impossibly defined groups. With the caucuses being self defined we see nonsense like the Sola Scriptura Caucus. Of course it doesn’t mean all Scripture, only the thread initiators or Forum Moderators definition of Scripture. Jews who believe in the Scripture of the Old Testament are excluded. Mormons, Seventh Day Adventists, and Jehovah’s Witnesses are excluded even though they believe in the sufficiency of their own versions of Scripture. The not so transparent purpose of these faux caucuses is clearly to exclude a group of FReepers in a modern day repetition of “Whites Only” and “Irish Need Not Apply” prejudice. If this is allowed to stand what will we see next; caucuses so narrowly defined so as to only include one’s bridge club or to exclude an individual FReeper? How about a caucus designation for everyone but citizens from New York? How about a men’s only caucus? How about a caucus for those of us who drive BMWs? And what is being discussed in these faux caucus threads? Critical doctrinal issues such as ruggedized aircraft, home schooling, and civil unrest in Egypt. Give me a break!

One of the Proddys noted privately that it is their conviction that the RC's are trying to trash the whole business--at least the Religion Forum.
At first, I wanted to dismiss the idea out of my mind immediately.
Then, WHAM, it hit me. That's likely exceedingly true.
1. We've witnessed various RC's ranting, raving, whining, and withdrawing their funds from FR because, ESSENTIALLY, FR REFUSES to
We've seen repeated relentless ploys, whining, wailing, strategies to disrupt Proddy threads; get certain of us Proddys banned; yada yada yada . . . endlessly. Very transparent, vile, hostile, mean-spirited, vengeful, ugly stuff over and over and over again.
And now this absurdity.
IF they can't !!!TOTALLY!!!! !!!!CONTROL!!!! and monopolize the caucus designation, then
THEY WANT TO PREVENT ANYONE FROM USING IT--PARTICULARLY PRODDYS. WHAT RANK HYPOCRISY.
FAILING THAT, they want to crash, remove, destroy the whole Religion Forum.
FAILING THAT, IT WOULD APPEAR, THEY'D BE HAPPY TO DESTROY FR.
1. May God give them wisdom and steely tenacity to know God's will and hold to God's will in these increasingly trying times when FR IS ALL THE MORE CRUCIAL TO FR FAMILIES AND TO THE NATION, IF NOT BEYOND OUR SHORES.
2. May God abundantly bless FR financially. If any on the list wish to send FR a special donation just as a vote of confidence in behalf of the Rel Forum--great--I can ill afford it but may do it anyway, myself. Personally, I think a donation to the Religion Moderator would be a nice touch--and more than well earned in the harshest trenches on FR.
3. That God bring abundant anointing and displays of His Graces, His miracles, His truths, His priorities to the Relgiion Forum and all the frequent posters thereon regardless of our labels.
4. That God either change, transform, redeem, overhaul, sweeten the mean-sprited, viscious, harsh, vengeful, spiteful, bitter, hostile, folks or in His wisdom and ways, remove them from frequent posting on the Religion Forum.
5. That God would protect FR and it's health and functioning along with the health and functioning of the Robinsons as long as possible. That many lives would be saved from unnecessary death and trauma through FR and many lives grow in a deep Salvation inimacy with God because of FR.
6. And whatever else Holy Spirit would Add--may it be so.
7. May God abundantly bless each poster on the Rel Forum who is congruent with Scripture, of good heart; who seeks His Face and who seeks to Love others as they wish to be loved; as they love themselves.
