universe has all ways been there......People been here way more than 5000 yrs. Did people 10,000 yrs ago go to heaven before there was a bible? What about 20,000 yrs ago?
And anyway, no, people did not go to heaven back then. Good people went to shalom. After Jesus opened The Gates of Heaven with His incredible sacrifice, the people in shalom went to heaven.
***universe has all ways been there***
Both science and Christianity say you are wrong. There was a starting point.
Illogical... Time makes that impossible. Our universe is in constant motion, it has a beginning and an end.
You also cannot define what "there" is since (again, using logic) everything, including the universe, is never in one exact place at any given moment.
The earth came from somewhere else and so did all the life on it. Life came from somewhere else.
Certain axiomatic and provable facts about our existence are ignored by both creationists and secularists who, because of their universal dissatisfaction with mortality, reach out for some eternal ideal in frustration for the inability to explain why we are.
For example...
EVOLUTION (whether you believe the idea or not) is only possible in mammals with heterosexual relationships.
This obvious, provable fact is also ignored because of phantasmagorical fetishes.
In your rush to ignore the evidence of anything connected to life and the temporal world (as it is temporary and you also won't be "here" forever either), the universe will continue without you just as easily as it can end without you, and it will...
The bigger question I have for you is this:
Why is the Bible so important to you?
You ask a lot of questions about it...
Yes, they did.
Noah, Enoch, Abraham...all of them went to Heaven. God reveals Himself in the natural world as well as the Bible.
Oral tradition was very active then before books were widespread. The message that men needed salvation from their sins has been there since he beginning of time (God made it clear even to Cain and Abel and they had no Bible).
