The very first thing Satan did was attack God’s word. And they had only ONE VERSE in their *Bible*.
If anything, it shows the danger of relying on oral tradition.
Each one does what It says it does - ONLY The Power of The Word makes that possible.

Psalm 19 is actually a very easy Psalm to memorize.
It’s nicely broken into three main parts.
Psalm 119 fits in very well with it.
Psalm 119 (especially verse 11)
9How can a young man keep his way pure?
By guarding it according to your word.
10 With my whole heart I seek you;
let me not wander from your commandments!
11I have stored up your word in my heart,
that I might not sin against you.
12Blessed are you, O LORD;
teach me your statutes!
13With my lips I declare
all the rules of your mouth.
14In the way of your testimonies I delight
as much as in all riches.
15I will meditate on your precepts
and fix my eyes on your ways.
16I will delight in your statutes;
I will not forget your word.
It’s all about His WORD.

And how it is all possible by the way He made us. What an amazing Almighty God we serve by the Power of His Word.

I love the Psalms, they are so muscular. By this I mean strong, forth right, and honest. I love that David never held back his heart from the Lord.
Some would think that Christ would abandon us until the Luther’s and Calvins come along.
I’d say those who believe that really don’t know God nor Christ as their personal Savior.

And let’s not forget how the last Adam, our Lord and Savior, defended Himself against Satan’s attacks in the wilderness. He looked to tradition!

Their is no sole reliance on Tradition. The Word of God comes through Scripture and Tradition.
