What does your non-Christian group do if it doesn't baptise infants in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit?

Most groups who do not baptize their infant children instinctively feel the need to do something, so they have invented and many practice the non-biblical notion of infant “dedication.” It's like baptism without the water.

Met -- does your group do this?

TC -- What is this dedication thing? what about non-Christian groups like metmom's?

I think that the non-Christian groups since they reject everything about Christ from baptism to the bible (no KJV or D-R or NIV allowed) onwards, they have their own non-Christian ceremonies which won't be like Catholic or Protestant or Orthodox etc. ceremonies
