etc.
It appears to me to be some kind of grasping for
self-importance, authority, etc. Who knows. I find
it better to let it go. It is humorous.

This junk was one of the things that attracted me to these threads...
I read someones outrageous claim that they were descended from one of the tribes and named it and could prove it...
I thought it was a joke and poo haaqed the comment..
I got back some curses and threats etc...
How dare I say it was impossible to know etc...

Laugh all you want, It's true.
Once you get to a Jew who has their genealogy back to Abraham, or anyone else like the Plantagenets, you buy the book and copy the genealogy, and poof, your back to Adam. (We had to buy a book).
