I put a replica of the Voyager spacecraft golden record into an old baseball cap and it glowed “Send more Chuck Berry”. I’m going to write that down on platinum plates and bury it in New York state.

LOL...be sure and get some kind of mention of "free love" included...that'll help!

once Jesus has testified to you of truth, how can you help but declare that truth from the rooftops? Opposition be damned, full speed ahead!

Interesting choice of familiar words. These were also once spoken by a Christian man who stepped into the New Age Spiritual Movement...which your testimonies resemble. This man quickly invited any and all to "come on in, the waters are sublime"....in a matter of months he lost every precious thing he had...wife, child, home, work and is now soon to be scrubbing the floors in a families home much the way the prodigal son found himself.

My point is if one Is a Christian and seeks involvement in that which God forbids....it doesn't take the Lord long to pull the rug from under him....step by step... in order to get him to wake up to the error of his way. And at these various steps are always Gods people planted in his path to steer him back to the fold. He will always have a choice to heed or not.

In this mans case he too could not see that those who were opposing his path were there on Gods behalf....'the thrill' of his experiences, in the perceived Spiritual world, trumped the truth and the arm of God extended to him. The question arose...did this man really know the Lord? Well he believes Jesus is very much a part of these experiences.... How do you tell, or is he simply deceived? Does it matter at this point?.....

Rather one looks at the threads of twine wrapped now around his mind, heart and soul which he cannot find a way to free himself of...his mind now in a 'fog' and his life of despair and sorrow... yet he still holds on to those experiences as "real" and will not let go of them. They are his point of reality.. though they are clearly manufactured in his mind and understood by any observer.

Thus the threads of falsehood and lies ensnares 'a Christian' until they can no longer discern rightly...and the enemy of men's souls does not let go easily, nor without a fight, when he has a Christian trapped in his clutches.

Am not saying this is where you are....but you are where you are quite willingly regardless of Gods hand extended to you to bring you out.

I could see the thread without registering.

Seems to me from a quick read of their discussion that even that choice assemblage of mormons don’t have a common understanding even among themselves.

Yet it still leaves the bom citations standing - absent from their discussions.

If everyone on here has accepted Jesus Christ into thier heart, repented of thier sins, and are trying to lead a life of Christ by praise, worship and service....

Dangerous question and shows where you are at in your walk...if indeed you are walking with Christ.

Your idea that "life in Christ" is simply a matter of praise, worship and service..is yet in the early stages. You are in no place to determine the deeper things of God nor those who are called by Him to work on His behalf in those places.

When you are older you will understand.... for just as a child does not understand the adult world, but wants to and tries hard to, so to it is at the various stages of growth in our walk with Christ. You do not understand the "Problems" because you are not yet old enough to understand. At least that is how your posts read.

I found it hard to believe Delph wasn't joking about this. It's so...stupid.

The Mormons have funny beliefs about the Jewish nation, takes some research to ferret it out. At some point in their lives, "a mormon prophet" tells them what tribe they belong to, they think they are direct descendents of Abraham.

my answer was verbal

So your answer was... God communicated with you verbally. So how did you determine it was His voice?

I do note that you are pinging everyone you can in the hopes of getting me banned.

I thought the magic garmiepants protected from that.

Shouldn't wearing magic garmiepants provide some protection?

Anyone?

Smith?

but once Jesus has testified to you of truth, how can you help but declare that truth from the rooftops?
_______________________________________________

I wouldnt know...

Last Febuary I fonally called the bluff of another mormon who boasted as you do now...

I challeged the mormon to get a ladder climb up and “declare that truth from the rooftops”

One year later and the mormon continued to crow for months but no action...

Lets try something...

Here you have the opportunity to redeem the bad press that other mormon gave you...

the score is mormons 0

Its only January so I’ll give you another chance..take you up on that

Get your ladder and get up on the rooftops and do what you just boasted...

The rooftop of St Patricks Cathedral or the rooftop of the SLC mormon temple...

You choose...

Waiting...

I thought the boys got some sort of “spiritual blood transfusions” of Levitical blood when they turned twelve so they could hold the priesthood.

This thread on Mormonapologetics.org discusses what is required to make it to the Celestial Kingdom.

As Elsie would say:

gibberish

Again..I said that is a start......You cannot expect a Muslim who just accepted Christ as his Saviour and is beginning his journey with Jesus to understand the deep meanings of scripture, before he understands first the 2 most important commandments of Jesus....

Loving GOD with all your heart and loving your neighbor as yourself...

I have walked with Christ for a long time now and I am not a child....I have gained wisdom and learned by trial and error to be a successful witness for Christ to other’s, that do not know him or believe in him....

As I said I do not believe in Strong Arm/Westboro tatics to bring people into the body of Christ....

These little back-handed slaps that you mormons have made in the past couple of days at JR are quite juvenile.
