On December 8, the House of Representatives passed the Full Year Continuing Appropriations Act which is the vehicle for Fiscal Year 2011 continuing appropriations and food safety legislation. This legislation puts the federal government and the World Trade Organization in control the nation's food supply from growing your own food to selling or trading it among neighbors or friends to roadside stands to large processing plants that import or export food. This bill establishes a "Surveillance System" that can spy on farmers, gives the government authority to collect fees and requires reports from those growing food. This is essentially a food IRS putting the government between citizens and their ability to survive.
Sold as a mandate to protect the food supply from contamination, the bill contains in it the language which passed the Senate on November 30 by a 73-25 margin. It will be sent back to the Senate for approval because all appropriations bills must originate in the House. This is a lame duck tyrannical power grab by the very people Americans voted out of office on November 2. These people at the very least should be charged with high crimes and misdemeanors and tried for their insidious attempt to exercise federal and international control over the food supply of this nation. It is written as a measure of protection for the people, but language is open to absolute federal and international authority over the food supply.
Many wonder how Americans could be forced to take the mark of the beast as described in Revelation 13:16-17,
"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."
This legislation sets the stage for the Revelation prophecy to be carried out legally in the United States. There will now be a system established that could incentivize turning in you neighbor for growing food, allows international authority over your land, and provides a fee system that can increase food costs at will.
Revelation 14:9-11 says,
"If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb."
No matter how hungry you are remember the promise of Jesus Christ in Matthew 6:31 and 33,
"Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? Or, What shall we drink?, or wherewithal shall we be clothed?...But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
>>Pointing out that you are wrong is not scoffing, my friend.<<
Simply stating what I heard and asking if anyone else heard it makes me wrong? Wouldnt that rather be classed under looking for the truth? Sheesh. No wonder you preterists have a struggle.
You've been had, my friend. Caught parroting someone's hoax . See Snopes .
>>Pointing out that you are wrong is not scoffing, my friend.<<
The scoffing part was pointing to the onion web site btw.
But it turns out The Onion is a accurate as your source, no? What is it about these items that gets you folks all jacked up, twisting the truth to fit your end-times scenario? You could have easily disproved the "report" with a simple google search. Rather, you took it as an opportunity to jump on the microchip == 666 bandwagon. Is it the sensationalism?
Ive been watching this sort of futurist nonsense for almost 40 years and I have yet to see any truth in any of these claims. But the prophecy pimps keep cranking them out and getting the unwashed masses all worked into a lather.
>>I have yet to see any truth in any of these claims<<
When you do itll be a shocker to you wont it.
The prophecy fulfillment train keeps on chugging - another day, another piece of the prophetic scenario falls into place!!
Give me a for instance, a real sticker. That's the thing with your futurists, your imagination gets the best of you and they you criticize folks who don't have that imaginative quality.
But, according to your theory time is fast running out. We have only a few years. The futurists have been making similar predictions for 40+ years and nothing. What makes you think you can do any better? What insight do you have that your fellow futurists have missed?

Contact me when the Dome of the Rock Mosque is destroyed. I would say sometime in 2011. Is that firm enough for you?
Tell you what, I'll donate $1000 to the ministry of your choice if the Dome of the Rock Mosque is left without one stone upon another by the end of 2011, if you agree to donate $1000 to American Vision if it's not. What do you say? Or you can pick any specific, significant, prophetic event. (I'll just point out, for the record, that there is nothing in the Bible about the Dome of the Rock or its destruction, so, technically, what your looking forward to is not a prophetic event.)
How certain are you? C'mon, even a fraud like Hal Camping is willing to spend mucho dinero on the claim that the rapture/judgment day will happen on May 21, 2011. Prepared to man up?
I dont do wagering or betting under any circumstances. Ive put my analysis out there let that be sufficient. Ill tell you where in the Bible I believe that is included when the event happens.

For the record I think he is in error on the Rapture and for sure it will not be judgment day but calling him a fraud is ill advised. He may be in error about his understanding of Biblical prophecy but I don’t believe any of them try to decieve.
I can understand your reticence to save your money. You analysis can't stand up to the challenge.
Ill tell you where in the Bible I believe that is included when the event happens.
Either it's there or it's not. But it ain't gonna happen, so I'll not hold my breath.

We judge men by their actions, not what is in their hearts. By that standard he is still a fraud. Anyone who speculates on dates is a fraud and a deceiver, and ought to be exposed as such.
Wagers and betting, by definition, involve the element of chance. If you're sure of your theory then it's not a bet or wager. If it's in the Bible then there's no chance involved. It's a challenge.
But it's not in the Bible, now is it?
>> I can understand your reticence to save your money. You analysis can’t stand up to the challenge.<<
I was afraid you would take that approach. Get the behind me. You are now on my no respond list. Please take me off any ping lists.
