The liberal blogs are upset because some of them had to show IDs before being allowed to vote.
Well here's my take, there should be a constitutional amendment that requires everyone to show an ID before voting. Period.
I don't care who gets offended, intimidated, disenfranchised, blah blah... etc... show an ID or don't vote.
Any person that jumped the border illegally to get into this country should not be allowed to vote in any way shape or form. They are foreign nationals. They do not have loyalty to this country. They will not be voting for the long term benefit of this nation.
Anyone that is here on a work visa should not be voting in this country. They are here for the money and do not hold loyalty to this country.
Ephesians 4:25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
Let every man speak truth with his neighbour. Require IDs for voting.
One person, one vote, let it be counted and let it be legal.

I have been showing a picture ID (drivers license) in Virginia ever since I remember. I do not see a problem unless one wants to promote voter fraud.
I just voted in AZ and had to show my photo ID. THEY ASKED ME FOR IT - GOD I LOVE MY STATE!!!!
No ID required? Well, now we know how dead people vote, dont we? |

Yup! Voter fraud takes away our constitutional right to chose our leadership. It's evil and should be stamped out.
Amen...I moved a mile from my old address...and got the third degree...altho a pain in the butt...I welcomed it...cuz the alternative is not good
Here in Oklahoma we had 11 state questions on the ballot, one of which, if passed, will require a person to show an ID in order to vote.
Required in Alabama as well
I had to produce a birth certificate just to get my car registered here in MI. Goes without saying I needed a picture ID to vote today.
I live in Michigan and have always had to show my drivers license when I voted. No problem to do that at all. Why the big fuss
Ive had to show a picture ID for a couple years here in Virginia or sign a affidavit affirming Im who I claim to be.
I just voted 30 or so minutes ago at my local fire station and was a asked to produce an ID in order to do so. As it should be.
While in WA and OR we’ve moved to vote-by-mail so you can simply sign your ballot and mail it back and everything is right with the world, no ID needed!
In North Carolina, they just ask your name. You confirm your address, sign the form and you can vote. It’s easy! We all had our voter ID cards and driver’s licenses out and they didn’t even ask to see them. Pretty surprising!
Chesterton made a comment once that he was against the secret ballot. If you feel strongly enough to vote, you should be able to admit it to the public.
I was asked for it, per usual, in CT.
