The difference between the examples you give and the disgusting history of the Roman Catholic church is that in most of the Protestant cases the offender is arrested, convicted and sent to jail.

Whereas Rome hides and protects and shelters its pederasts, shuffling them around from one unsuspecting parish to the next where they can and do repeat their raping of children for decades.

You can follow me all over the forum, Cronos, and keep posting the blather you think proves something other than your church has no defense for its pederast priests and inherent idolatry.

No one is reading your gibberish. Rome's feeble attempts at deflection away from its corruption seldom work.

As God wills.

Let's see -- you Dr. Eck said to discern the sheep from the goats by the fruit of their lives.

Now, let's see how many pastors have bad fruit?

How do you reckon with Prof. Philip Jenkins (a Protestant and a researcher on paedophiles) who in his book Pedophiles and Priests writes that "The most-quoted survey of sexual problems among Protestant clergy states that some ten percent are involved in sexual misconduct of some kind, and that 'about two or three percent' are pedophiles, a rate equal or higher than that suggested for Catholic priests." (page 50-51)
