That is a perverse statement coming from those who conduct a daily Inquisition whose purpose is to impose a Calvinist orthodoxy to the Religion Forum and rid it of any Catholic influence or voice. Thank God the most rabid strains of Calvinism are disappearing like a bad smell on a windy day.
I am not Calvinist in my theology either, but I can honestly say that I have NEVER felt intimidated, inquisitized(?), condemned or imposed upon by anything DrE has said. We agree about the main thing which is Christ died, was buried and rose again for our salvation that God gifts to us by grace through faith - you know, the GOSPEL.
lol. The RC threads outnumber Protestant threads 10 to one, if not more.
And Calvinists don't worry about numbers because we know God gets what He wants. We are grateful and confident that all those who have been given faith in Jesus Christ as Lord, God and Savior are His because "whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:13)
Our job is to trust God and to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in truth. Where we find error, we reference God's perfect word, and that's about it. It's up to God to give ears to hear and eyes to see; to renew the mind to know the things of God; to take away the heart of stone and replace it with a heart of flesh that loves and worships Jesus Christ alone.
Or not.
What was your point, exactly? You make it sound like being an RC is a bad thing.
