lol. The RC threads outnumber Protestant threads 10 to one, if not more.
And Calvinists don't worry about numbers because we know God gets what He wants. We are grateful and confident that all those who have been given faith in Jesus Christ as Lord, God and Savior are His because "whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:13)
Our job is to trust God and to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in truth. Where we find error, we reference God's perfect word, and that's about it. It's up to God to give ears to hear and eyes to see; to renew the mind to know the things of God; to take away the heart of stone and replace it with a heart of flesh that loves and worships Jesus Christ alone.
Or not.
Obviously, why consider any validation that only offer further proof of failure. That's why I just consider all of the boorish behavior and lies about Rome from Calvinists to be nothing more than the death throes of a dying creed and of no real consequence other than a personal irritant.
Amen! What a comfort it is to know that God is calling us to him and loves us more than we could ever love each other. I am NOT responsible for someone else's salvation because it is between them and the Lord whether or not they yield to his call. I used to anguish over the thought that someone could be in hell because I failed to tell them the Gospel. Now I know that God is who calls and he IS a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. Only God can change the heart.
It's beyond the comprehension of a group so fixated with numbers that they have to brag about it as if might makes right.
There IS the caucus provision for any who feel their voice is being drowned out or don’t want any objections raised to their opinions.
I noticed that nowhere do the Calvinists ever mention actually having to live the Gospels and put to practice the teachings of Jesus. What a pity they will never know the joy that comes from putting others ahead of yourself and that Salvation does not mean clawing one's self into Heaven at the expense of everyone else.
