Thank you Kitty. I went to see Ozzie at the hospital in Huntington today. I felt bad because I woke him and his wife up from a much needed nap. His wife said that his temp was up this morning, but has since dropped and the doctors are in a wait and see mode right now. He seems to be improving slowly.
I'm so grateful for all the prayers and I know he will appreciate them too, especially when he gets well enough to get online and see them. I hope everyone keeps on contributing to the thread because I think it will help him when he is recuperating at home.

He seems to be improving slowly.
I'm So Thankful for his Improvement, Dear Sister in Christ, and will be Lifting him in my Bedtime Prayers Soon. Ozzie, Here is a Wonderful Scripture that has Encouraged my Heart Many Times, and I Pray it will Bless you:
'He will Shield you with His Wings; they will Shelter you.
His Faithful Promises are your Armor.' (Ps.91:4)

Thank you. I got busy and almost forgot to report that Ozzie’s surgery went well today and the outcome looks promising. Now for some healing and getting ready for the big surgery.Prayers continuing!

Update: I tried to post an update yesterday, but FR was having temper tantrums.
Ozzie is still in the hospital. They determined that the GB surgery had somehow twisted an intestine. They are now trying to figure out a way to untwist it without surgery. Going to try putting a tube down. I've had no word yet this morning. Still praying. Lord, hear our prayers.

UPDATE: Thank you Kitty. Ozzie’s sister-in-law told me at church this morning that they brought Ozzie home last night. I asked if they got him straightened out, but she seemed to think they don’t really know. So I would say, keep praying.
